Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Starting June 1st our office will be implementing a new cancellation and no-show policy of a $20 fee. This policy applies to new and established patients and will be directly charged to the patient/ grantor, NOT the patient’s insurance. If you cannot make your scheduled appointment, please contact our office at least 24 hours in advance to let us know. This allows us the time we initially reserved especially for you in our schedule to be filled by another patient who may have been waiting for this appointment time. We reserve time in our schedule for you in advance in order to accommodate your busy schedule. We ask that you give us the same consideration when needing to change or cancel your appointment. Also, as a courtesy to your family, we offer back-to-back appointment times for multiple members. However, this courtesy requires a larger block of reserved time and a 24 hour notice is absolutely crucial in the event you are unable to keep the appointments. If 24 hours’ notice is not given, a $20.00 fee per appointment will be imposed and family members will no longer be allowed to schedule together.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment your appointment will count as a “No-Show” and will be asked to be rescheduled.
